First,
Leave printer disconnected from PC until drivers are installed.
Download printer drivers by clicking HERE.
Click the drop down labeled:
Click Download below the Windows Option.
Follow the manufacturer’s instructions to install.
NOTE: Make sure you have loaded the correct labels (2.25in x 1.25in DYMO compatible labels #30334) into the printer.
Next,
Turn ON your Dymo Printer
Search Printers from your Windows computer search (lower left corner)
Select Printers & scanners
Select Dymo Printer from the list of printers installed
Click Manage
Click Printer Properties
Click the Preferences
Click Advanced
From the Paper Size dropdown, select 30334 2-1/4 in x 1-1/4
Click OK
Click Ok on the next screen to return to the DYMO Properties screen
Click Advanced
Click Printing Defaults
Click Advanced (Properties Screen top tab)
From the Paper Size dropdown, select 30334 2-1/4 in x 1-1/4
Click OK
Click Ok on the next screen to return to the DYMO Properties screen
Click Apply
Click OK on all applicable screens.
Open Google Chrome web browser.
Test your printer by going to:
Ricochet Products or a Consignors Inventory
Check box next to an item
Click Print Labels from top left
Click Print within pop-up window
Verify DYMO is the selected Printer within Print Preview
Click Print.
