How to run and read a Sales By Employee Report

The Sales by Employee Report allows you to see sales numbers for each employee of your store.

This report relies on having employees log into Ricochet with individual login credentials and uses the data collected from their actual login information rather than user role.


To run a Sales By Employee Report:

Inside Ricochet,

  1. Click Reports

  2. Click Sales By....

  3. Click the drop down in the upper left

  4. Select Employee

  5. Select a date range from the date picker that you would like to have reported.


How to read a Sales By Employee Report:

Charts & Graphs

This section provides a quick glance for trends including:

  • Employee Performance - quickly compare top employee sales numbers

  • Individual Employee Performance - Use the drop down options to review a specific employee's Total Sales, Total Transactions, Avg # of Transactions Per Day, Avg. Transaction Value and Avg. Products Per Transaction.


Data

This section will show total data for each employee including:

  • Employee Name

  • % of Total Sales

  • Sales Total (based on the overall total, including tax)


View, print or export this report into a .csv for your preferred spreadsheet tool
