How to set up your new Zebra ZD411 Label Printer to your Windows PC

NOTE:

  • You must download the appropriate drivers when using the ZD411 on a Windows PC. CLICK HERE to download the ZD411 Drivers for Windows.


To Connect Your Zebra ZD411 Printer to Windows PC:

First, from the lower left corner on your computer,

  1. Turn On Zebra ZD411 Printer

  2. Click the Windows icon

  3. Type the word "printer" to find Printers & Scanners

  4. Click on Printers & Scanners

  5. Select your Zebra Printer from the list (may appear as ZDesigner ZD411)

  6. Click Manage and/or Printer Properties

  7. Click the Advanced tab

  8. Click Printing Defaults

  9. Input the label sizes

  10. Click Apply

  11. Click OK on all applicable screens.


Next, print a test label from Ricochet

Inside Ricochet,

  1. Click Products

  2. Click the check box to the left of an item you'd like to print a label for

  3. Click Print Labels

  4. Click Print from the Ricochet preview

  5. Within your computer's Print Preview, make sure the Zebra printer is selected in the destination drop down

  6. Click Print


!IMPORTANT!

Zebra ZD-410 and ZD-411 Bluetooth printers must include a 'W' in the model number.

For example: ZD41022-D01W01EZ
