In Ricochet,
Click Preferences
Click Admin
Click Account & Billing
Click Manage Subscription
Select the Subscription Plan
Click Cancel Subscription
Input Reason for cancellation
Click Confirm Cancellation
Once confirmation is received, click the upper right 'X' to exit
! IMPORTANT !
Please be advised that when you cancel you will have until the end of your current billing cycle to extract any info/data; so be sure to export anything you may need for your records or upcoming tax season. Once the current cycle is up, the data will be deleted from our servers and we do not have any ability to retrieve this information.
