Add An Additional Location

Link your stores by adding an additional location within your existing Ricochet account.

Ricochet requires separate paid subscriptions per physical location.

  • Linked subscriptions allow for a central hub where you can see all of your reporting for each location, saves time in adding and managing users, and allows for your users and consignors to log in with one set of credentials and toggle between stores. This is Ricochet's recommended method of adding multiple locations.

  • Separated subscriptions are most commonly used when you have completely different stand alone companies. In the rare instance that your users or consignors would be involved at multiple locations they will need to have separate logins for each store they are working within.

How To Add A Linked Additional Location

In Ricochet,

  1. Click Preferences

  2. Click Admin

  3. Click Account & Billing

  4. Under Additional Location,

    1. Input Store Name

    2. Input Store Email

    3. Input Store Phone

  5. Select subscription payment frequency

  6. Verify that the amount looks correct

  7. Click Proceed To Checkout

    NOTE: Payment method will default to the card on file for your primary subscription. If this should be different, click "Edit" and complete prompts to change.

  8. Click Pay & Subscribe

    NOTE: Prices shown are for example only and are not a guarantee of current rates.

    Upon successful payment you will be returned to your Store Details tab in Ricochet.

    You can now set up your new store settings, preferences, etc...
