Ricochet Webstore offers a great way to reach new customers and consignors, showcase your products and expand the presence of your business.
! IMPORTANT !
Ricochet Webstore requires that you have/purchase your own domain URL, preferably through GoDaddy or Google Domains. Then, it is just a nominal fee to maintain the subscription. *This is billed separately from your POS Platform subscription.
If you have an existing website you will need to decide how you will connect your domain to Ricochet:
Full domain transfer - this is where you redesign the site fully inside of Ricochet and all traffic goes to your direct URL. We recommend a full domain transfer for the best customer experience.
Sub domain - this is adding something like "shop." to your domain, such as "shop.yourdomain.com". This becomes an extension of your main domain so when you link a shop button your customers are redirected to the Ricochet site for shopping.

To Subscribe To Ricochet Webstore:
In Ricochet,
Click Preferences
Click Admin
Click Account & Billing
Under Webstore Addon,
Choose your preferred payment plan
*prices are subject to change at any time
Click Proceed To Checkout
Input Billing Details for the card you are using
Click Next
NOTE: Payment method will default to the card on file for your primary subscription. If this should be different, click "Edit" and complete prompts to change.
Click Pay & Subscribe

Once confirmation is received, click the upper right 'X' to exit
Refresh your browser, or log out and back into Ricochet POS
You will now see "Online Store" in your left hand menu and can start designing!
Some helpful things to keep in mind as you set up your webstore:
Think about the overall design of your site. Your colors, message about who you are as a company, and what photos will provide you with the look and feel you desire.

Consider how you will be taking payment:
Integrated payment processing allows for your customers to pay online with a card. Contact us to discuss our integrated payment processing options.
PayPal gives your customers an easy check out option that, depending on your PayPal subscription, could allow for Pay in 4 split payments . Input your PayPal Business credentials by going to Online Store > Settings
