How to attach a document to a consignor account.

There are many reasons you may need to store a document for a consignor/vendor, most notably a contract.


To Attach Documents To A Consignor/Vendor Account:

  1. Click Accounts

  2. Click Consignors

  3. Search for or scroll to the consignor name you wish to edit

  4. Click the gray Edit Pencil icon to the right of the consignor name

    Under the Account Details tab,

  5. Scroll down to "Documents"

  6. Drag and drop or Click the plus (+) sign to find the document needing attached

    *Document rules:

    • Must be JPG, PNG or PDF format

    • Uploads are limited to 5 congruent documents at a time

    • Size limitation is up to 5MB maximum per document

  7. Once added, you will have the option to View, Download or Delete the document.

NOTE: Consignors/Vendors will be able to view or download any document(s) attached to their account, however, they cannot upload their own document(s).
