How to move a product that was accidentally assigned to the wrong account.

If a product was accidentally assigned to the wrong account you can correct this as long as the item has not already been paid out to the wrong consignor/vendor.


How To Transfer A Product

  • From Inside A Consignor Account

Inside Ricochet,

  1. Click Accounts

  2. Click Consignors

  3. Search for or scroll to the consignor name you wish to edit

  4. Click the gray Edit Pencil icon to the right of the consignor name

    Under the Inventory tab,

  5. Select the checkbox to the left of the items needing transferred

  6. Click More in the upper right

  7. Click Transfer Products

    From the pop up window,

  8. Type the Consignor Name or toggle on "Transfer to Store Inventory"

  9. Click Transfer

NOTE: Transferred products will receive new SKUs relevant to the destination account. A new label will need to be printed. Pending payout amounts to the correct consignor will be updated appropriately.


  • From The Main Products List

Inside Ricochet,

  1. Click Products

  2. Search for or scroll to the Products needing transferred

  3. Select the checkbox to the left of the items needing transferred

  4. Click More in the upper right

  5. Click Transfer Products

    From the pop up window,

  6. Type the Consignor Name or toggle on "Transfer to Store Inventory"

  7. Click Transfer
