The Sales by Hour Report can help you determine your store's busiest days and times by allowing you to see transaction counts and gross totals (including tax) for the days of the week by hour.
Easily compare past dates to see how your days' hourly sales totals vary.
NOTE: This report does not include online sales data.
To run a Sales By Hour Report:
Inside Ricochet,
Click Reports
Click Sales By....
Click the drop down in the upper left
Select Hour
Select a date range from the date picker that you would like to have reported
Select the hour range you would like to review.
Compare to a past date:
NOTE: You must select a date range from the date picker at the top of the page FIRST for the hourly sales comparison to calculate accurately.
Toggle ON Show Compare:
Select a Compare to: date range
Comparison data will appear in the second rows.
