When another user's login credentials are already populated in the username and password fields, you most likely have AutoFill turned on. AutoFill is a function of most web browsers that automatically enters previously stored information. For stores that change users frequently throughout the day, we recommend turning AutoFill off.

  1. Click the Chrome menu icon (three lines at the top right of the screen)

  2. Hover over Passwords and autofill to expand flyout list

  3. Click Google Password Manager from flyout list

  4. Select the site needing removed

NOTE: You may be prompted to enter your Windows password to access this section. This password is the one used to wake your computer.

  5. Click Delete

  6. Refresh Chrome
