Consigned products must be entered into Ricochet through a consignor account.

This streamlines operations and creates distinctive processes when adding retail or consigned inventory to the system. Retail products, as expected, don't have splits or auto-discounts applied to them. Instead, they have additional fields for Supplier and Supplier ID number.

To add consigned inventory in Ricochet, you must first have the consignor in your system. CLICK HERE to learn how to add that consignor first.

Adding Consignor Inventory:

In Ricochet,

  1. Click Accounts

  2. Click Consignors

Find the Consignor needing product added

  3. Click the gray "+" icon to the far right of the appropriate consignors name

NOTE: Additionally, go into the consignors account to add items:

    1. Click the gray edit pencil icon

    2. Click the Inventory tab

    3. Click Add New

  4. Enter as much product information as possible

  5. Click Save.
