The tender types Consignor Credit, Rewards Credit, & Store Credit are redeemable amounts of money attached to a consignor or customer's account, earned by rewards or payouts, that can be used as currency to pay for part or all of a sale on the POS.

Here's more information on Consignor Credit and Rewards.

To use consignor credit as a tender type:

In Ricochet,

  1. Click POS

  2. Add all items for purchase

  3. Add the customer in the Consignor/Customer field beneath the total due summary NOTE: Consignors/Customers can be found using their first name, last name, account ID, email, or phone number.

Click the yellow plus (+) sign to create new if they are not an existing customer.

Once added, the amount of various rewards they have in their account available for use will appear.

NOTE: The system will not let you use more credit or rewards than they currently have. So, if you enter $60 as the Payment Amount, but the customer only has $45 in credit, it will automatically pull the max of $45 from their account.

4. Click FINISH to complete the sale as normal.
