The tender types Consignor Credit, Rewards Credit, & Store Credit are redeemable amounts of money attached to a consignor or customer's account, earned by rewards or payouts, that can be used as currency to pay for part or all of a sale on the POS.

Here's more information on Consignor Credit and Rewards.

How To Use Consignor Credit As A Tender Type:

In Ricochet,

  1. Click POS

  2. Add Products For Sale one of two ways:
    1. Scan a printed Ricochet label bar code

    2. Search by Product Name or SKU

  3. Add A Customer/Consignor To The Sale

    1. Click into the Customer/Consignor field on the right side of the POS

  4. Search by name, email, or phone number

  5. Once added, the amount of various rewards available for use will appear.

NOTE: You cannot use more credit or rewards than are currently available. So, if you enter $60 as the Payment Amount, but the customer only has $45 in credit, Ricochet will automatically pull the max of $45 from their account.

  6. Select Tender Type (Consignor Credit, Rewards or Store Credit)

  7. Click Finish

  8. Choose Receipt option
