To make certain changes or corrections to a large number of products at once use the Bulk Edit function in Ricochet.
The fields that can be bulk edited in Ricochet are:
Status
Department
Split
Category
Collection (webstore feature only)
Brand
Custom Fields
Supplier
Store
To Edit Items In Bulk:
In Ricochet,
Click Products
Check the box to the left of the product name to select the items needing updated
With the items selected,
Click the More button in the top right
Click Bulk Update from the drop down menu
NOTE:
A modal will pop up with the options available for the products selected
You cannot update the split of a consigned item that has been paid out to the consignor. You must first reverse the payout associated with that item before you can continue
Double-check that you're about to update the correct amount of items
Collections will only show as an available option if you have Ricochet's webstore ecommerce add-on.
Select the field you wish to update
Update accordingly
Click Apply
