If your customer has submitted their payment and suddenly decides they want to use another form of payment or add items to their sale, you can easily remove and refund the payment they just made.
To Cancel A Credit Card Payment:
Inside Ricochet,
Click POS
Click the 'X' to the left of the Credit/Debit payment (right side of POS)
Review the warning
Click Void
The pop up will show processing of refund cancellation
Once complete, you will be taken back to the POS, where you can add additional items or choose another tender type to proceed with the sale.
