Collections will allow you to organize items into unique groups, like employee favorites, a sale section, or even list items by a particular vendor or consignor.
Collections can be created and added to each online item.
Items can be attached to multiple Collections.
Collections can be visible in the top navigation bar or added to the Home page as a carousel module.
How To Create And Manage Collections
Inside Ricochet,
Click Preferences
Click Product
Click Collections
Click New Collection
Give the Collection a Name
Optional:
-Add a description
-Add a photo (displays in carousel on Home page)
Click Save
Click Back to Collections
Review additional preferences & options:
Custom Ordering - Toggle ON to be able to drag and drop the Collections into the order you would like them displayed online > Click Save.
Enable "Sale" Collection - Toggle ON to show online products associated with an auto-discount plan pre-sorted into one easy to access Collection online.

Custom Nav Name - Type into the field and click Save Name to change what shows in the main Navigation bar on your website from the default "Collections" to your custom name.
How To Assign Individual Products To Collections
Inside Ricochet,
Click Products
Click Add New Item > Toggle Show Online (input all product details as necessary)
or
Click the gray edit pencil icon to the right of an item if assigning an existing product to a Collection
Choose from the Collections drop down (input a comma to separate and add the product to more than one collection)
Click Save/Update.
How To Bulk Update Products To Collections
In Ricochet,
Click Products
Check the box to the left of the product name to select the items needing updated
With the items selected,
Click the More button in the top right
Click Bulk Update from the drop down menu
Click Collection
Select Collection (use a comma to add multiple)
Click Apply
