Under Dynamic Shipping Rates
FLAT rates let you assign thresholds to create shipping tiers based on weight or value.
Decide if you will offer Local Delivery:
Local Delivery is NOT RECOMMENDED for multi-location webstore. If you choose a postal code you are willing to deliver to, you will need to ensure you are willing to deliver to that location regardless of which store the item is coming from.
