Ricochet ACH - Consignor Sign Up

Consignor steps to receive payouts directly into their bank account with Ricochet ACH.

Ricochet ACH allows for stores to process payouts directly to a consignor's bank account.

As a consignor, you will need to be able to sign in, accept terms, and add your bank information in order to receive payouts directly into your bank account.


Consignor Steps To Login And Sign Up For Ricochet ACH:

  1. Go to your store's unique Ricochet URL, for example: https://yourstore.ricoconsign.com/login (fake link)

  2. Enter Username

  3. Enter Password

  4. Click Login

    NOTE: If you do not know your login credentials, contact your store and/or click the "Forgot your password?" link

  5. Click the Profile tab

    Under Ricochet ACH,

  6. Verify First Name, Last Name and Email are accurate

  7. Check the boxes to accept Ricochet terms of service and Ricochet privacy policy

  8. Click Signup for ACH


Consignor Steps To Add A Funding Source:

The next step in setting up Ricochet ACH is to add a funding source to which your payouts will be paid.

  1. Click the Profile tab

    Under Ricochet ACH,

  2. Click Add Funding Source (Ricochet uses Plaid to connect your account)

  3. Click Continue from the Plaid pop up

  4. Select or search for your banking institution

  5. Click Continue to log in

  6. When prompted, log into your bank account

    NOTE: Your bank login process may require 2-Factor Authorization - complete as instructed through your login.

  7. Select the account you want funds deposited into

  8. Check any boxes of additional information you want to share

  9. Click Continue

  10. Check the box acknowledging that you have read and accept the Terms & Conditions

  11. Click Connect account information

  12. Click Continue through prompts, verifying the correct account is being connected
