What's Changing

Ricochet is retiring legacy payment processors as we introduce our in-house solution, Ricochet Pay, powered by Fullsteam. This change takes effect May 1, 2026. While you can continue to use *non-integrated processing, you will need to transition to Ricochet Pay to continue using integrated payment processing within Ricochet.

Why This Is Happening

Ricochet continues to build toward a fully unified platform by joining Fullsteam to deliver more reliable processing, tighter integration, and better long-term support.

What Stays the Same

  • Your Ricochet software interface and daily workflow

  • Your support team and how you contact them

  • Your consignor payouts and reconciliation process

What You Get with the Transition

  • More reliable processing infrastructure

  • Rate matching or improvement based on your current processing volume

  • Continued unified experience: one system, one login, one support team

  • PCI compliance tools and $100K data breach protection

How to Get Started

The transition requires submitting the initial intake form to connect you with our processing team. You may be asked to submit your three most recent merchant processing statements. This allows our team to ensure your rate matches or improves with the move to Fullsteam.

*Effective May 1, 2026, stores not using Ricochet Pay, powered by Fullsteam, will incur a monthly Non-Standard Fee, billed separately from your current Ricochet subscription; switching to Ricochet Pay avoids this charge.
