The Sales by Employee Report is a simple function within Ricochet that does exactly what you expect it too: show sales numbers for each employee of your store.

This report uses your employee's actual login information, rather than their employee roles, so whether or not you have multiple employees on the same role won't matter.

For higher-ticket stores, it is not unusual to have friendly competitions within a store to see which employee can garner the most sales. This tool is the ideal way to view such data.

To run a Sales By Employee Report:

  1. Navigate to Reports > Sales By Employee Report
  2. Select the date range you would like to see from the date picker. This will populate the sales totals for each employee during that period.
  3. From there you can either print the list, export the data to a .csv, or just view the screen as-is for your store's needs.
