"Rewards Threshold" is where you can create a basic rewards system based on a purchase amount and the rewards you would like that customer to earn.

For example, if you want to reward a customer's account for every $40 spent, you can create a threshold of $40.00 and a reward of $1.00. This also multiplies, even in a single transaction. So if a customer spends $120 on a single transaction, they will have collected $3.00 of rewards.

To Create or Edit Your Rewards Threshold:

  1. Navigate to Preferences > Admin

  2. Click the "Taxes & Policies" tab.

  3. Enter the rewards threshold and the amount you would like to reward your customers.

  4. Click "Save" when complete.
