Your store's return policy is a critical part of reassuring customers and giving them confidence in your store. Your return policy is also automatically printed on the bottom of all receipts.

To Edit Your Return Policy:

  1. Navigate to Preferences > Admin
  2. Click the "Taxes & Policies" tab.
  3. Type your return policy in to the Return Policy text field.
  4. Click "Save" when complete.

Your return policy can be as long or as short as you would like. Keep in mind that simpler return policies are typically the most effective and that all text will be printed on the bottom of your receipt, so you can save space and paper with shorter policies.
