How to create a low stock threshold:

In Ricochet,

  1. Click Products

  2. Find the item needing a low-stock threshold, or Click Add New Item if the item has not been created yet.

  3. Click the Edit Pencil icon

  4. Low Stock Threshold is found in the Pricing & Inventory box on the right side

  5. Enter the number you would like

EXAMPLE: If you enter 3, that will trigger the low-stock status for that item when it reaches 3 or fewer in stock

  6. Click Save.

How to monitor your inventory for low stock:

In Ricochet,

  1. Click Products

  2. Review the full list of current inventory marked in the Status column (far right side)

    NOTE:

    • If you do not see this column, you can activate it by clicking on Edit Columns from the top > toggle Status to ON.

  3. If an item is in low-stock, Status will read Low Stock

    NOTE:

    • If you want to see all of the items with low-stock status, you can organize by status to group them together and see them more clearly.

    • To create a filter for your statuses click Add Filter > Status > Low Stock

      • This will only show inventory with low stock.
