How To Check Your Available Funds In Your Balance Funding Source:

In Ricochet,

  1. Click Preferences

  2. Click Admin

  3. Click the Ricochet Pay & ACH tab

    Under Ricochet ACH, Funding Sources,

  4. Refer to the bold dollar amount next to Balance (type: balance)


How To Check Your Balance Source Transfer History:

In Ricochet,

  1. Click Preferences

  2. Click Admin

  3. Click the Ricochet Pay & ACH tab

    Under Ricochet ACH, Funding Sources,

  4. Click the Balance Transfer History hyperlink

  5. Review Transfer Amount, Facilitator Fee & Date from the pop up window

  6. Click the upper 'X' or lower Close button to exit
