All items in Ricochet can be found your global inventory, or in the account information of the consignor of that product.
Sometimes it can be more efficient to find a product based on its consignor and make changes from there, rather than look for it in your global inventory.
Either way, here's the how to edit products directly from a consignor's account:
- Click “Accounts."
- Click “Consignors.
- Find the consignor that has the products you're looking for and click the gray "Edit" icon.
- Click the Inventory tab. This will expand their account details and show the inventory under their name.
- Find the item you wish to edit and click the gray "Edit" icon.
- Update the item details you wish to change.
- Click "Save."
