NOTE: You must sign up with Ricochet Pay - PayLink as your credit card processor before you can accept integrated credit card payments. Ricochet does not manufacture, sell or ship any hardware. Once registered and signed up, PayLink will facilitate sending you card swipe terminals and EMV chip readers, dependent on your agreement with them.
For security purposes, ensure that your passwords are kept confidential and are not shared with unauthorized individuals. Change default passwords immediately after setup to enhance security.
If you signed up with Ricochet Pay - PayLink, you were prompted to create your account. Those credentials are used to log into your PayLink terminal.
Always keep your credentials secure and avoid sharing them with unauthorized individuals to maintain account security.
Logging into your PayLink terminal device is simple
On your Ricochet Pay - PayLink device,
1. Open the application
2. Select the 3 dots at the top right of the screen
3. Select Settings
4. Enter your Username and Password (These are the credentials from your PayLink account)
5. Select Save Changes.
Note: If you have forgotten your password please go to the login screen on the PayLink web portal, use the Forgot Password, enter your username, and you will be sent an email to reset your password.
