Ricochet Pay - PayLink has the ability to prompt customers to complete a quick rating survey after checkout, giving you valuable insight into your customer's experience.

This feature is only available on credit card transactions for customers using Ricochet Pay - PayLink for their credit card payment processing.

How To View Your Customer Ratings:

  1. Login your PayLink Dashboard

  2. Enter your Username and Password (created when signing up for Ricochet Pay | PayLink)

  3. Click Reports

  4. Click Ratings

  5. Filter the date range and review your ratings (see screenshot below)
