Some countries require that the price a customer sees on the label shows the total amount that they will pay at checkout (product price + tax).
This is called inclusive tax.
NOTE: USA is tax exclusive; meaning that tax is not included on the sticker price, but rather added on top of the retail price at the time of the sale.
To Turn ON Tax Inclusive Tags:
Inside Ricochet,
Click Preferences
Click Admin
Under Store Details, scroll to the Preferences section
Toggle ON "Tax Inclusive Tags"
Click Save.
You will create the product with the price of the item as normal. When you choose to print the label, the tax rate that is assigned to the item will automatically be added.
The price and tax rate will separate on the POS for accurate reporting.
